We are providing downloadable versions of the SBC documents for our plans that are open to new subscribers. These documents, based on the Department of Health and Human Services format, summarize important information about each health plan option so consumers can easily compare Kaiser Permanente’s benefits and coverage with those of other carriers.
Kaiser Permanente hopes to partner with you on the distribution of SBCs. We will provide the appropriate SBC to applicants once we receive their application. We are providing SBCs that you may give to your clients upon request.
You can provide SBCs in either a paper or electronic format.
