To use the improved Sign Me Up experience, existing users must register a new account on kp.org/applyonline
starting July 24.
To ensure a smooth transition, we also recommend completing a few simple steps before July 15:

Ask your clients to submit any in-process applications and special enrollment period documents. If they miss this deadline, they’ll need to resubmit from the new website.

Download your clients’ contact information. This information won’t be transferred to your new account and will be unavailable after July 15. Downloading only takes a few minutes:
- Sign in to your Sign Me Up account on
kp.org/applyonline

- Go to “Your work queue” on your dashboard.
- Filter by “All Cases”
- Click “Export” to download your clients’ information.

Attest your applications.
Starting July 24, you will need to take the following actions:

Register for a new account on the new system.

Create personal URLs to share with your clients. Before sending your URLs, you’ll be able to choose your firm. If you work with more than one firm, you can also create multiple personal URLs by choosing the appropriate state and firm on your clients’ applications.

Replace your existing URLs. URLs from the old system won’t work anymore.
