Worksite flu shot clinic scheduling requests are now being accepted. Flu clinics are available* to employers for all their employees, including non-members, on a fee-for-service basis billed to the employer outside the scope of covered health plan benefits.

Scheduling Lead Time
A six-week lead time is required to schedule worksite flu vaccinations. Flu clinic dates fill up fast — especially in October and November. Talk with your groups soon to gather a few date options.
Flu shots are $35 per person for both members and non-members. Events will be billed for a minimum of 30 participants per event or 80% of estimated participation, whichever is greater.
When discussing potential dates with your groups, confirm the number of expected participants to receive a flu shot. This will help with staffing efforts and to ensure enough vaccine is brought to the event.
Kaiser Permanente is now scheduling worksite flu clinics for September 19 to December 16.
