As part of pharmacy reporting under the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), 2021, Kaiser Permanente is required to submit information on prescription drugs and healthcare spending to CMS. To help ensure compliance with the reporting requirements, we will be asking employer groups to complete a form.

CMS released new guidance on February 1, 2024, and Kaiser Permanente is reviewing it to determine what changes may need to be made to the form.

We plan to send you the updated form within a few weeks.

Kaiser Permanente still plans to submit all applicable reports and required responses for all employer groups to CMS by the June 1 deadline.
